Do I really not need a cookie banner?
Correct. Nomada stores nothing on the visitor’s device and collects no personal data, so there’s nothing to consent to.
How do you count unique visitors without cookies?
A one-way hash of coarse request data, mixed with a salt that rotates every night. It can count, but can’t identify anyone or follow them across days.
Will it slow my site down?
The script is around 1.5 KB gzipped and loads deferred. The impact is effectively zero.
Can I bring my history from Google Analytics or Plausible?
Yes — upload a CSV of daily totals and Nomada backfills your long-term trend charts.
Is my data really mine?
